Order Processing and Shipping

After your order is placed, we will process it and ship it out within 24 - 48 hours (on working days).

Shipping Time:*

Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, UK, France, Spain, Luxemburg, Austria: 4 - 8 working days
Rest of EU: 5 - 10 working days
USA/Canada: 4 - 8 working days
Rest of the World: 6 - 12 working days

*This is an average. Shipping times vary by country due to location and customs clearance. Your parcel will be processed from either our APAC or Europe warehouse, depending on product availability.

Customs and Taxes

EU
All orders are inclusive of duties and taxes, so there will be no additional charges upon delivery.

U.K
You will not need to pay VAT or duties.

USA
There are no taxes or duties payable if your order is under $800 USD*. Taxes are payable on orders over $800 USD only.

Canada
Taxes are payable on orders over $22 CAD*.

International
Taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. Most parcels are shipped directly from our factory in Asia Pacific. As such, Ráfà does not pay duties and taxes on shipments sent from the factory. Any duties or taxes owed will be billed directly to customers by the global carrier.

Items Not Received but Marked as Delivered

We do not offer refunds or replacements for items marked as delivered by the courier. For this reason, we strongly recommend shipping to a secure address.

If your package is lost during transit, it is your responsibility to contact the shipping courier and initiate an investigation.
