Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging.
• We reserve the right to decline returns if the items show signs of use.

Important:

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trusted carrier with tracking (Track & Trace) to ensure your return is secure.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges.
If you wish to change your item, you can complete a standard return and place a new order on our website.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned package, it can take up to 14 working days to process your refund.

Please Note:

• After processing, it may take up to 5 additional working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
• If you have not received the funds after 5 working days, please contact your bank directly for assistance.
